Refunds Before Work Begins
If you request cancellation before any setup work begins, you may request a refund.
No Refunds After Work Begins
Once setup work begins (including account setup, CRM/automation building, campaign configuration, integrations, number/SMS setup, tracking setup, or any implementation work), all payments are non-refundable due to time, labor, and resources already committed.
Advertising Spend (Client-Paid)
Any advertising spend paid to platforms (example: Facebook/Instagram) is not refundable and is paid directly by the client to the ad platform.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party fees (phone/SMS usage, AI minutes, email services, etc.) billed by outside providers are not refundable.
